मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-1, verse-13

कस्मान्मानुषतां प्राप्तो निर्गुणोऽपि जनार्दनः ।
वासुदेवो जगत्सूति-स्थिति-संयमकारणम् ॥१३॥
