महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-64, verse-36

इति श्रुत्वा तु वचनं द्रोणपुत्रस्य कौरवः ।
मनसः प्रीतिजननं कृपं वचनमब्रवीत् ।
आचार्य शीघ्रं कलशं जलपूर्णं समानय ॥३६॥
36. iti śrutvā tu vacanaṁ droṇaputrasya kauravaḥ ,
manasaḥ prītijananaṁ kṛpaṁ vacanamabravīt ,
ācārya śīghraṁ kalaśaṁ jalapūrṇaṁ samānaya.

36. Having heard these words of Drona's son, the Kaurava (Duryodhana) spoke these joy-producing words to Kṛpa: "O Teacher, quickly bring a jar filled with water."
