महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-16, verse-1

संजय उवाच ।
त्वद्युक्तोऽयमनुप्रश्नो महाराज यथार्हसि ।
न तु दुर्योधने दोषमिममासक्तुमर्हसि ॥१॥
1. saṁjaya uvāca ,
tvadyukto'yamanupraśno mahārāja yathārhasi ,
na tu duryodhane doṣamimamāsaktumarhasi.
1. sañjaya uvāca | tvat-yuktaḥ ayam anu-praśnaḥ mahārāja
yathā arhasi | na tu duryodhane doṣam imam āsaktum arhasi
1. sañjaya uvāca mahārāja,
ayam anu-praśnaḥ tvat-yuktaḥ yathā arhasi tu duryodhane imam doṣam āsaktum na arhasi
1. Sañjaya said, "O great king, this question is certainly appropriate for you, as it is fitting for your stature. However, you should not ascribe this fault to Duryodhana."
