महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-94, verse-12

अनेकजननं सख्यं ययोः पुरुषसिंहयोः ।
तयोस्त्वं न समो राजन्भवितासि कदाचन ॥१२॥
12. anekajananaṁ sakhyaṁ yayoḥ puruṣasiṁhayoḥ ,
tayostvaṁ na samo rājanbhavitāsi kadācana.
12. aneka-jananam sakhyam yayoḥ puruṣa-siṃhayoḥ
tayoḥ tvam na samaḥ rājan bhavitā asi kadācana
12. O King, you will never be equal to those two best among men, whose friendship (sakhyam) spans many births.
