महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-176, verse-27

अम्बोवाच ।
भगवञ्शरणं त्वाद्य प्रपन्नास्मि महाव्रत ।
शोकपङ्कार्णवाद्घोरादुद्धरस्व च मां विभो ॥२७॥
27. ambovāca ,
bhagavañśaraṇaṁ tvādya prapannāsmi mahāvrata ,
śokapaṅkārṇavādghorāduddharasva ca māṁ vibho.
27. ambā uvāca bhagavan śaraṇaṃ tvā adya prapannā asmi
mahāvrata śokapaṅkārṇavāt ghorāt uddharasva ca māṃ vibho
27. ambā uvāca bhagavan mahāvrata vibho adya tvā śaraṇaṃ
prapannā asmi ca māṃ ghorāt śokapaṅkārṇavāt uddharasva
27. Ambā said, "O blessed one, O great ascetic, O mighty one! Today I have sought refuge in you. And please deliver me from this terrible ocean of the mud of grief."
