महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-176, verse-18

ततस्तं तापसा दृष्ट्वा स च राजा महातपाः ।
तस्थुः प्राञ्जलयः सर्वे सा च कन्या तपस्विनी ॥१८॥
18. tatastaṁ tāpasā dṛṣṭvā sa ca rājā mahātapāḥ ,
tasthuḥ prāñjalayaḥ sarve sā ca kanyā tapasvinī.

18. Then, upon seeing him, all those ascetics, along with that king who was a great ascetic (tapas), and that ascetic maiden, stood with folded hands.
