प्रगृहीतश्च योऽमात्यो निगृहीतश्च कारणैः ।
न निर्बध्नाति राजानं लभते प्रग्रहं पुनः ॥३३॥

na nirbadhnāti rājānaṁ labhate pragrahaṁ punaḥ.

33. A minister who is both supported and restrained for good reasons does not bind the king and obtains support again.
