न च संदर्शने किंचित्प्रवृद्धमपि संजपेत् ।
अपि ह्येतद्दरिद्राणां व्यलीकस्थानमुत्तमम् ॥२३॥

23. One should not whisper anything, even if it's a significant matter, when in the presence (of the king or others). For indeed, this is an excellent opportunity for malicious individuals or the envious to cause mischief.

23. וכשהוא נראה לפני המלך, אל ילחש דבר לאיש, אפילו אם הוא אדם חשוב. כי זה המקום הטוב ביותר לעורר את זעם המלך נגד העניים.
