महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-38, verse-7

व्यायामसहमत्यर्थं तृणराजसमं महत् ।
सर्वायुधमहामात्रं शत्रुसंबाधकारकम् ॥७॥
7. vyāyāmasahamatyarthaṁ tṛṇarājasamaṁ mahat ,
sarvāyudhamahāmātraṁ śatrusaṁbādhakārakam.
