महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-38, verse-10

नैवंविधं मया युक्तमालब्धुं क्षत्रयोनिना ।
महता राजपुत्रेण मन्त्रयज्ञविदा सता ॥१०॥
10. naivaṁvidhaṁ mayā yuktamālabdhuṁ kṣatrayoninā ,
mahatā rājaputreṇa mantrayajñavidā satā.
10. na evamvidham mayā yuktam ālabdhum kṣatrayoninā
mahatā rājaputreṇa mantrayajñavidā satā
10. It is not proper for me, who am of a warrior origin (kṣatriya) and a great prince, conversant with sacred utterances (mantra) and rituals (yajña), to touch such a thing.
