महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-38, verse-18

स तेषां रूपमालोक्य भोगिनामिव जृम्भताम् ।
हृष्टरोमा भयोद्विग्नः क्षणेन समपद्यत ॥१८॥
18. sa teṣāṁ rūpamālokya bhogināmiva jṛmbhatām ,
hṛṣṭaromā bhayodvignaḥ kṣaṇena samapadyata.

18. He, having observed their appearance, like that of stretching serpents, instantly became one whose hairs stood on end, agitated by fear.
