महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-62, verse-13

प्राप्तव्यं सुचिरं दुःखं मया नूनमसंशयम् ।
नाप्राप्तकालो म्रियते श्रुतं वृद्धानुशासनम् ॥१३॥
13. prāptavyaṁ suciraṁ duḥkhaṁ mayā nūnamasaṁśayam ,
nāprāptakālo mriyate śrutaṁ vṛddhānuśāsanam.

na aprāptakālaḥ mriyate śrutam vṛddhānuśāsanam
13. Undoubtedly, I must endure prolonged suffering. One whose time has not yet come does not die; this teaching of the elders has been heard.
