महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-49, verse-22

तथैव वेदवचनं श्रूयते नित्यदा विभो ।
संवत्सरो महाराज पूर्णो भवति कृच्छ्रतः ॥२२॥

22. tathaiva vedavacanaṁ śrūyate nityadā vibho ,
saṁvatsaro mahārāja pūrṇo bhavati kṛcchrataḥ.

22. O powerful one, it is likewise constantly heard in the Vedic scripture (veda-vacana): 'O great king, a full year is accomplished with difficulty.'
