महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-282, verse-16

भारद्वाज उवाच ।
यथास्य भार्या सावित्री तपसा च दमेन च ।
आचारेण च संयुक्ता तथा जीवति सत्यवान् ॥१६॥
16. bhāradvāja uvāca ,
yathāsya bhāryā sāvitrī tapasā ca damena ca ,
ācāreṇa ca saṁyuktā tathā jīvati satyavān.

16. Bhāradvāja said, "As his wife Sāvitrī is endowed with austerity (tapas), self-control, and good conduct, so may Satyavān live."
