वेदाः साङ्गा मयाधीतास्तपो मे संचितं महत् ।
कौमारं ब्रह्मचर्यं मे गुरवोऽग्निश्च तोषिताः ॥११॥

Gautama said: I have studied the Vedas along with their auxiliary branches; great austerity (tapas) has been accumulated by me; my celibacy (brahmacarya) observed since childhood has been maintained, and my teachers (gurus) and the fire god have been pleased.
