अपां ह्रदं च पुण्याख्यं भृगुतुङ्गं च पर्वतम् ।
तूष्णीं गङ्गां च कौन्तेय सामात्यः समुपस्पृश ॥७॥

7. apāṁ hradaṁ ca puṇyākhyaṁ bhṛgutuṅgaṁ ca parvatam ,
tūṣṇīṁ gaṅgāṁ ca kaunteya sāmātyaḥ samupaspṛśa.

7. O son of Kuntī, you and your ministers should touch the holy lake known as Puṇya, Mount Bhṛgutunga, and the silent Gaṅgā for purification.

7. הו בן קוּנְטִי, בקר יחד עם שריך בבריכת המים הנקראת פּוּנְיַה, בהר בְּהְרְגוּטוּנְגַה ובגַנְגָה השקטה, ובצע שם טבילה טקסית במים.
