महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-135, verse-20

स्वाध्यायार्थे समारम्भो ममायं पाकशासन ।
तपसा ज्ञातुमिच्छामि सर्वज्ञानानि कौशिक ॥२०॥
20. svādhyāyārthe samārambho mamāyaṁ pākaśāsana ,
tapasā jñātumicchāmi sarvajñānāni kauśika.
