25. vaiśaṁpāyana uvāca ,
etacchrutvā vyavasito nikṛtiṁ samupāśritaḥ ,

Vaiśampāyana said: Having heard this, Shakuni, resorting to deceit, became resolute. 'It is won!'—thus he spoke to Yudhishthira.
