मेघेष्वम्भः संनिधत्ते प्राणानां पवनः शिवः ।
तच्च मेघगतं वारि शक्रो वर्षति भारत ॥३६॥

36. The benevolent wind (pavana), which is vital for living beings (prāṇa), holds water in the clouds. And that water, residing in the clouds, is then rained down by Śakra (Indra), O Bhārata.
