महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-62, verse-30

अन्नाद्धि प्रसवं विद्धि रतिमन्नाद्धि भारत ।
धर्मार्थावन्नतो विद्धि रोगनाशं तथान्नतः ॥३०॥
30. annāddhi prasavaṁ viddhi ratimannāddhi bhārata ,
dharmārthāvannato viddhi roganāśaṁ tathānnataḥ.
30. annāt hi prasavam viddhi ratim annāt hi bhārata
dharma-arthau annataḥ viddhi roganāśam tathā annataḥ

30. Know, O Bhārata, that progeny and pleasure arise from food. Also understand that both natural law (dharma) and prosperity (artha), as well as the destruction of disease, come from food.
