यावन्ति लोमानि भवन्ति धेन्वास्तावत्फलं प्राप्नुते गोप्रदाता ।
पुत्रांश्च पौत्रांश्च कुलं च सर्वमासप्तमं तारयते परत्र ॥२९॥

29. The one who donates a cow obtains a reward equivalent to the number of hairs on that cow. Furthermore, he delivers his sons, grandsons, and his entire lineage up to the seventh generation in the hereafter.
