महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-101, verse-24

प्रसुप्तांस्तृषिताञ्श्रान्तान्प्रकीर्णान्नाभिघातयेत् ।
मोक्षे प्रयाणे चलने पानभोजनकालयोः ॥२४॥

24. One should not attack those who are asleep, thirsty, weary, or scattered. (Nor should one attack them) during (their) dispersal (mokṣa), during a march, during movement, or at the times of drinking and eating.
