यतो वायुर्यतः सूर्यो यतः शुक्रस्ततो जयः ।

17. O Yuḍhiṣṭhira, wherever there is wind, wherever there is sun, wherever there is brightness (śukra), from there comes victory. Among these factors, when they come together, each preceding one is superior.
