महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-101, verse-23

एवं संचिन्त्य यो याति तिथिनक्षत्रपूजितः ।
विजयं लभते नित्यं सेनां सम्यक्प्रयोजयन् ॥२३॥
23. evaṁ saṁcintya yo yāti tithinakṣatrapūjitaḥ ,
vijayaṁ labhate nityaṁ senāṁ samyakprayojayan.

vijayam labhate nityam senām samyak prayojayan
23. yaḥ evam saṃcintya tithi-nakṣatra-pūjitaḥ yāti

23. He who thus, having carefully considered (all factors) and having been blessed by auspicious lunar days (tithi) and constellations (nakṣatra), proceeds, consistently achieves victory by properly deploying his army.
