नैवातिशीतो नात्युष्णः कालो भवति भारत ।
तस्मात्तदा योजयेत परेषां व्यसनेषु वा ।

10. O Bharata, at that time, the weather is neither too cold nor too hot. Therefore, one should mobilize then, or during the adversities of enemies. In these situations, military operations (yoga) are highly recommended for overwhelming adversaries.
