महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-70, verse-41

राजंश्चराभिनवया तन्वा यौवनगोचरः ।
अहं जरां समास्थाय राज्ये स्थास्यामि तेऽऽज्ञया ॥४१॥
41. rājaṁścarābhinavayā tanvā yauvanagocaraḥ ,
ahaṁ jarāṁ samāsthāya rājye sthāsyāmi te''jñayā.
41. rājan cara abhinavayā tanvā yauvanagocaraḥ aham
jarām samāsthāya rājye sthāsyāmi te ājñayā
41. O King, you may enjoy your youth and move about with a new body. I, having taken upon myself your old age, shall remain in the kingdom according to your command.
