महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-64, verse-18

मालिनीमभितो राजन्नदीं पुण्यां सुखोदकाम् ।
नैकपक्षिगणाकीर्णां तपोवनमनोरमाम् ।
तत्र व्यालमृगान्सौम्यान्पश्यन्प्रीतिमवाप सः ॥१८॥
18. mālinīmabhito rājannadīṁ puṇyāṁ sukhodakām ,
naikapakṣigaṇākīrṇāṁ tapovanamanoramām ,
tatra vyālamṛgānsaumyānpaśyanprītimavāpa saḥ.

18. O King, he saw the sacred river Malini, which had pleasant waters, was thronged by countless flocks of birds, and was as charming as a hermitage. Seeing gentle wild animals there, he experienced delight.
