महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-59, verse-53

आयुष्यश्चैव पुण्यश्च धन्यः श्रुतिसुखावहः ।
श्रोतव्यश्चैव सततं श्राव्यश्चैवानसूयता ॥५३॥
53. āyuṣyaścaiva puṇyaśca dhanyaḥ śrutisukhāvahaḥ ,
śrotavyaścaiva satataṁ śrāvyaścaivānasūyatā.
53. āyuṣyaḥ ca eva puṇyaḥ ca dhanyaḥ śrutisukhāvahaḥ |
śrotavyaḥ ca eva satatam śrāvyaḥ ca eva anasūyatā
53. This (text/narrative) indeed promotes longevity, is meritorious, auspicious, and pleasant to hear. It should always be listened to and proclaimed by one who is ungrudging.
