योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-59, verse-45

तदसंकल्पमस्पन्दं सर्वं जातमवारितम् ।
स्पन्दे स्पन्दमये वाते तन्मयत्वात्सदा चिता ॥ ४५ ॥

tadasaṃkalpamaspandaṃ sarvaṃ jātamavāritam ,
spande spandamaye vāte tanmayatvātsadā citā 45

45. tat asaṃkalpam aspandam sarvam jātam avāritam
spande spandamaye vāte tanmayatvāt sadā citā

45. tat sarvam asaṃkalpam aspandam avāritam jātam.

45. Then everything becomes free from conceptualization (saṃkalpa), devoid of vibration, and unobstructed. This is because consciousness (cit) is always by its very nature identified with the vibrant pulsation (spanda), which is like wind.
