In reality (tattva), the cycle of rebirth (saṃsāra) is dependent on mental construction (bhāvanā), and it is experienced accordingly. Moreover, through the mere dissolution of mental construction (bhāvanā), it (saṃsāra) becomes devoid of essential nature (niḥsāra).
