योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-46, verse-44

इति निश्चित्य गवलो ज्वलिते ज्वलने पुनः ।
पतङ्गवदनुद्वेगमकरोदाहुतिं वपुः ॥ ४४ ॥
iti niścitya gavalo jvalite jvalane punaḥ ,
pataṅgavadanudvegamakarodāhutiṃ vapuḥ 44

44. Having thus resolved, Gavala fearlessly made his body an offering into the blazing fire, just like a moth.
