अलग्नवासनाजाला मतिः प्रसरवर्जिता ।

yā alagna-vāsanā-jālā prasara-varjitā adṛṣṭa-rāga-dveṣā matiḥ,

An intellect (matiḥ) that is unentangled in the network of innate tendencies (vāsanā), free from outward dispersion, and in which attachment (rāga) and aversion (dveṣa) are no longer perceived, gradually attains the ultimate peace.
