asya duḥkhasya sarva-upadrava-dāyinaḥ saṃsārasya (nivṛttyai) ekaḥ upāyaḥ eva asti: svasya manasaḥ nigrahaḥ.

For this cycle of transmigration (saṃsāra), which is suffering and the source of all afflictions, there is only one remedy: the control of one's own mind.
