योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-43, verse-37

हेतिप्रवाहा ज्वलनं नभस्यन्त्यां विशन्त्यहो ।
वडवानलमुज्वालमर्णःपूरा इवार्णवात् ॥ ३७ ॥
hetipravāhā jvalanaṃ nabhasyantyāṃ viśantyaho ,
vaḍavānalamujvālamarṇaḥpūrā ivārṇavāt 37
37. hetipravāhāḥ jvalanam nabhasyantyām viśanti
aho vaḍavānalam ujjvālam arṇaḥpūrāḥ iva arṇavāt
37. aho! hetipravāhāḥ nabhasyantyām jvalanam viśanti,
yathā arṇavāt arṇaḥpūrāḥ ujjvālam vaḍavānalam iva (viśanti).
37. Oh! Streams of weapons enter the blazing fire within the expansive atmosphere, just as floods from the ocean enter the blazing submarine fire (vaḍavānala).
