वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-34, verse-33

विस्मयं तु महद्गत्वा श्रमलोकनिरीक्षणः ।
राक्षसेशो हरीशं तमिदं वचनमब्रवीत् ॥३३॥
33. vismayaṃ tu mahadgatvā śramalokanirīkṣaṇaḥ ,
rākṣaseśo harīśaṃ tamidaṃ vacanamabravīt.

rākṣasa-īśaḥ hari-īśam tam idam vacanam abravīt
33. śramalokanirīkṣaṇaḥ rākṣaseśaḥ tu mahat
vismayam gatvā tam harīśam idam vacanam abravīt
33. The lord of rākṣasas (Rāvaṇa), who was observing the fatigued populace, became greatly astonished. He then spoke these words to that lord of monkeys (Hanumān).
