वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-34, verse-28

तत्र संध्यामुपासित्वा स्नात्वा जप्त्वा च वानरः ।
उत्तरं सागरं प्रायाद्वहमानो दशाननम् ॥२८॥
28. tatra saṃdhyāmupāsitvā snātvā japtvā ca vānaraḥ ,
uttaraṃ sāgaraṃ prāyādvahamāno daśānanam.

uttaram sāgaram prāyāt vahamānaḥ daśānanam
28. There, having performed the evening rites (sandhyā), bathed, and recited prayers, the monkey (vānarah) went to the northern ocean, carrying Daśānana (daśānanam).
