मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-107, verse-43

सुवर्णशृङ्गीमतिशोभनाङ्गीं पयस्विनीं गां प्रददाति यो हि ।
शृणोति चैतत्त्र्यहमात्मवान्नरः समं तयोः पुण्यफलं द्विजाग्र्य ॥४३॥
43. suvarṇaśṛṅgīmatiśobhanāṅgīṃ payasvinīṃ gāṃ pradadāti yo hi .
śṛṇoti caitattryahamātmavānnaraḥ samaṃ tayoḥ puṇyaphalaṃ dvijāgrya.
43. suvarṇaśṛṅgīm atiśobhanāṅgīm
payasvinīm gām pradadāti yaḥ hi śṛṇoti
ca etat tryaham ātmavān naraḥ
samam tayoḥ puṇyaphalam dvijāgrya
43. O excellent Brahmin (dvija), indeed, the person who donates a cow with golden horns, an exceedingly beautiful body, and abundant milk, and the resolute person (ātman) who listens to this for three days – the meritorious reward (puṇyaphala) for both of them is equal.
