मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-107, verse-18

सेयमापद्वरारोहे प्राप्ता नाभ्युदयो मम ।
कथं वा मन्यसे न त्वं यत्सभाजयसेऽद्य माम् ॥१८॥
18. seyamāpadvarārohe prāptā nābhyudayo mama .
kathaṃ vā manyase na tvaṃ yatsabhājayase'dya mām.
18. sā iyam āpat varārohe prāptā na abhyudayaḥ mama
kathaṃ vā manyase na tvaṃ yat sabhājayase adya mām
18. O lady with beautiful hips (varārohe), this calamity has befallen me, not good fortune. How is it that you do not understand this, you who honor me today?
