मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-107, verse-37

इति ते कथितं विप्र यत्पृष्टोऽहं त्वयोदितः ।
आदिदेवस्य माहात्म्यमादित्यस्य विवस्वतः ॥३७॥
37. iti te kathitaṃ vipra yatpṛṣṭo'haṃ tvayoditaḥ .
ādidevasya māhātmyamādityasya vivasvataḥ.
37. iti te kathitam vipra yat pṛṣṭaḥ aham tvayā
uditaḥ ādidevasya māhātmyam ādityasya vivasvataḥ
37. O Brāhmaṇa, I have thus narrated to you, as I was prompted by you, the greatness of the primeval deity (ādideva), the Sun god (āditya), Vivasvat.
