कर्ण जानामि ते वीर्यं सौहृदं च परं मयि ।
तथापि त्वां महाबाहो प्रवक्ष्यामि हितं वचः ॥१८॥

18. karṇa jānāmi te vīryaṁ sauhṛdaṁ ca paraṁ mayi ,
tathāpi tvāṁ mahābāho pravakṣyāmi hitaṁ vacaḥ.
