महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-51, verse-15

एतावदेव निर्वृत्तमस्माकं शोकवर्धनम् ।
स चैवं पुरुषव्याघ्रः स्वर्गलोकमवाप्तवान् ॥१५॥
15. etāvadeva nirvṛttamasmākaṁ śokavardhanam ,
sa caivaṁ puruṣavyāghraḥ svargalokamavāptavān.
15. etāvat eva nirvṛttam asmākam śokavardhanam saḥ
ca evam puruṣavyāghraḥ svargalokam avāptavān
15. etāvat eva asmākam śokavardhanam nirvṛttam ca
saḥ evam puruṣavyāghraḥ svargalokam avāptavān
15. This much sorrow-increasing event has indeed occurred for us. And that tiger among men (puruṣavyāghra) thus attained the heavenly realm.
