महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-51, verse-12

ततो दौःशासनिः क्षिप्रं तथा तैर्विरथीकृतम् ।
संशयं परमं प्राप्य दिष्टान्तेनाभ्ययोजयत् ॥१२॥
12. tato dauḥśāsaniḥ kṣipraṁ tathā tairvirathīkṛtam ,
saṁśayaṁ paramaṁ prāpya diṣṭāntenābhyayojayat.

saṃśayam paramam prāpya diṣṭāntena abhyayojayat

12. Then, Duḥśāsana's son (Dauḥśāsani), swiftly, having seen him (Abhimanyu) thus rendered chariotless by them and having reached the utmost danger, struck him down by destiny (diṣṭānta).
