महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-16, verse-24

यज्वानः पुत्रिणो लोक्याः कृतकृत्यास्तनुत्यजः ।
योक्ष्यमाणास्तदात्मानं यशसा विजयेन च ॥२४॥
24. yajvānaḥ putriṇo lokyāḥ kṛtakṛtyāstanutyajaḥ ,
yokṣyamāṇāstadātmānaṁ yaśasā vijayena ca.

24. Those who have performed Vedic rituals (yajñas), who are blessed with sons, who are worthy of higher realms, and who have fulfilled their purpose, abandon their bodies (i.e., die). They are then about to unite their individual self (ātman) with fame and victory.
