महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-51, verse-5

धृष्टद्युम्नं तु संसक्तं द्रौणिना दृश्य भारत ।
सौभद्रोऽभ्यपतत्तूर्णं विकिरन्निशिताञ्शरान् ॥५॥
5. dhṛṣṭadyumnaṁ tu saṁsaktaṁ drauṇinā dṛśya bhārata ,
saubhadro'bhyapatattūrṇaṁ vikiranniśitāñśarān.

saubhadraḥ abhyapatat tūrṇam vikiran niśitān śarān
5. bhārata tu dṛśya dhṛṣṭadyumnam drauṇinā saṃsaktam
saubhadraḥ tūrṇam niśitān śarān vikiran abhyapatat
5. O Bhārata, seeing Dhṛṣṭadyumna engaged in battle with Drauṇi, Subhadrā's son (Saubhadra, i.e., Abhimanyu) quickly rushed towards him, scattering sharpened arrows.
