महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-59, verse-39

इत्युक्तो देवराजस्तु पार्थभीष्मसमागमम् ।
पूजयामास दिव्येन पुष्पवर्षेण भारत ॥३९॥
39. ityukto devarājastu pārthabhīṣmasamāgamam ,
pūjayāmāsa divyena puṣpavarṣeṇa bhārata.

39. O Bhārata, having been addressed thus, the king of the gods, Indra, then honored the meeting of Arjuna (Pārtha) and Bhishma with a divine shower of flowers.
