महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-263, verse-10

एवं हृतायां वैदेह्यां रामो हत्वा महामृगम् ।
निवृत्तो ददृशे धीमान्भ्रातरं लक्ष्मणं तदा ॥१०॥
10. evaṁ hṛtāyāṁ vaidehyāṁ rāmo hatvā mahāmṛgam ,
nivṛtto dadṛśe dhīmānbhrātaraṁ lakṣmaṇaṁ tadā.
10. evam hṛtāyām vaidehyām rāmaḥ hatvā mahā-mṛgam
nivṛttaḥ dadṛśe dhīmān bhrātaram lakṣmaṇam tadā
10. Thus, with Vaidehī (Sītā) abducted, the wise Rāma, having slain the great deer, returned and then saw his brother Lakṣmaṇa.
