महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-262, verse-35

एवमादीनि वाक्यानि श्रुत्वा सीताथ जानकी ।
पिधाय कर्णौ सुश्रोणी मैवमित्यब्रवीद्वचः ॥३५॥
35. evamādīni vākyāni śrutvā sītātha jānakī ,
pidhāya karṇau suśroṇī maivamityabravīdvacaḥ.
35. evam ādīni vākyāni śrutvā sītā atha jānakī
pidhāya karṇau suśroṇī mā evam iti abravīt vacaḥ
35. Having heard such words, Sītā, the daughter of Janaka (Jānakī) with beautiful hips (suśroṇī), then covered her ears and uttered the words, 'Never so!'
