क्षत्रं याति तथा स्वर्गं भुवि निग्रहपालनैः ।
सम्यक्प्रणीय दण्डं हि कामद्वेषविवर्जिताः ।
अलुब्धा विगतक्रोधाः सतां यान्ति सलोकताम् ॥५२॥

52. kṣatraṁ yāti tathā svargaṁ bhuvi nigrahapālanaiḥ ,
samyakpraṇīya daṇḍaṁ hi kāmadveṣavivarjitāḥ ,
alubdhā vigatakrodhāḥ satāṁ yānti salokatām.

52.
Similarly, the warrior class (kṣatram) attains heaven by exercising both restraint and protection on earth. Indeed, those who administer justice properly, free from desire and hatred, not greedy, and devoid of anger, attain companionship in the same realm as the virtuous.
