कृपमभ्यर्च्य च गुरुमर्थमानपुरस्कृतम् ।
शिष्यं परिक्षितं तस्मै ददौ भरतसत्तमः ॥१३॥

13. kṛpamabhyarcya ca gurumarthamānapuraskṛtam ,
śiṣyaṁ parikṣitaṁ tasmai dadau bharatasattamaḥ.

13. And the best of the Bhāratas, having worshipped his preceptor Kṛpa, who was honored with wealth and respect, entrusted his disciple Parikṣit to him (Kṛpa).
