महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-31, verse-37

स तमुत्सङ्गमारोप्य परिपीडितवक्षसम् ।
पुत्रं रुधिरसंसिक्तं पर्यदेवयदातुरः ॥३७॥
37. sa tamutsaṅgamāropya paripīḍitavakṣasam ,
putraṁ rudhirasaṁsiktaṁ paryadevayadāturaḥ.

37. Greatly distressed and with his own chest aching, he placed that son, whose chest was greatly afflicted and who was soaked in blood, on his lap and lamented.
